• Email address
• Phone number
• Address *Only shipping within Denmark
• Information about your booking

3. Purpose of the processing

• complete your booking
• communicate with you about your stay
• send confirmation and relevant information
• comply with legal requirements (e.g., bookkeeping and accounting)

4. Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as necessary for the purpose.

Information related to purchases and payments is retained for up to 5 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

Other information is deleted when it is no longer relevant to our operations.

• booking systems
