1. Conclusion of the Agreement

A contract is formed once you have completed your booking and received a confirmation email.
It is your responsibility to verify that the information in the confirmation is correct.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Payment is made at the time of booking using the available payment methods.
The amount will be charged upon completion of the booking.

3. Booking

When you book, the selected date is reserved.
If you do not show up and have not canceled, your stay will be considered used, and the amount will not be refunded.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation at Skovgaardsminde. By making a reservation, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the right to enter into the agreement. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of cancellation when booking a stay with a fixed date, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Act regarding leisure activities.

When purchasing a gift card, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided that the gift card has not been used.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

If you cancel more than 14 days before your stay, the amount will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 200 DKK.
If you cancel 14 days or less before your stay, the amount will not be refunded.

6. Cancellation on our part

We reserve the right to cancel or change a booking in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, illness, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, the following options are available:

– Reschedule to a new date, or
– full refund

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 2 years. The validity period is indicated at the time of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Liability

Your stay is at your own risk.
Skovgaardsminde cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control.

10. Right to Appeal
