TRADING CONDITIONS

1.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree to be at least 18 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
1.2 We reserve the right, at any time, to adjust prices on our stays, add-ons and activities.
1.3 We reserve the right to charge customers for broken and/or missing inventory.
1.4 We reserve the right to expel customers in the event of a gross violation of written instructions and regulations when staying at Glamping Skovgaardsminde.
1.5 Glamping Skovgaardsminde is cashless and payment can only be made via online payment, bank transfer or Mobilepay.

2.0 CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Glamping Skovgaardsminde reserves the right to cancel your stay at any given time, for example. dangerous weather, practical challenges or other unforeseen events. If a stay at Glamping Skovgaardsminde is canceled, the customer will be contacted by phone or e-mail. The customer will then be given the opportunity to choose a new date in the current season. If there are less than 2 months left of the current season, the customer will be given the opportunity to move the stay to the next season or or get a full refund of his booked stay.

2.2 As a customer, you can cancel or move your stay to another available date up to 14 days before your stay. If you wish to cancel or move your stay, we charge a handling fee of DKK 200, - You must cancel your stay by contacting us by email: GLAMPING@SKOVGAARDSMINDE.DK

2.3 If you as a customer are prevented from coming and are within the 14 days, the stay may be resold. We must be notified of the resale no later than 24 hours before check-in. 2.4 If you as a customer are prevented from coming and are within the 14 days, Glamping Skovgaardsminde would like to help sell your stay. Contact us by phone or email no later than 24 hours before check in. We disclaim any responsibility for whether the stay is sold. In the event of resale, the money will be refunded to the customer with the exception of DKK 200, - in handling fee.

2.5 In the event of cancellation of events booked and paid for through Glamping Skovgaardsminde, our general Cancellation Policy 2.0 applies unless otherwise stated. If the event is booked and paid for through a business partner, you must be aware of their cancellation policy. 

3.0 GIFT CARD

3.1 When you purchase a gift card at Glamping Skovgaardsminde, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided shortly after your order. If you have not received this email, please check if it is in "junk mail" or "spam". We aim to send an invoice within 24 hours. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a payment confirmation. We will then send you a unique gift card either by post or email.

3.2 You will only have a valid gift card once we have received the payment and a unique gift card code has been sent to you.

3.3 The gift voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period. It is the responsibility of the gift voucher recipient to book and redeem the gift voucher in time while dates are available.

3.4 The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.5 The price difference between the gift voucher and the booked stay will be adjusted at the time of booking, either the customer will be offered a new gift voucher for the remaining amount or be charged the difference.

3.6 You can cancel your gift card purchase up to 14 days after the purchase date and get a refund for the gift card. Gift box and shipping are not refundable. If the gift card is redeemed within the 14 days, the right of withdrawal is waived.

3.7 Prices for gift boxes and shipping are calculated based on shipping within Denmark. If the gift card is to be sent abroad, extra postage will be charged. It is never the responsibility of Glamping Skovgaardsminde to cover the costs of incorrectly entered address when sending gift cards by post.

3.8 It is always the buyer's responsibility to assess whether the gift card can arrive on time when sending gift cards by post.

3.9 Customers with gift cards ordered before 01.12.23 will not be charged extra when booking a "Glamping Stay", even if there has been a price and concept change on the site since then. Gift cards for Glamping stays (1 night) and Girlfriend stays (2 nights) will continue to apply as described on the gift cards. Add-ons will be charged according to the latest price list.

4.0 WEATHER GUARANTEE

4.1 Weather guarantee is a free service that Glamping Skovgaardsminde includes with all purchased stays. As a customer, you have the option to move your stay if the weather forecast promises the following during your stay: Less than 5 degrees heat, more than 8mm rain, and/or more than 10+ m/s winds.

4.2 The weather guarantee can be used no earlier than 48 hours before check-in and no later than 24 hours before check-in and is only valid as soon as Glamping Skovgaardsminde has received and approved your wish to make use of the weather guarantee.

4.3 It is always the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on the weather forecast and the customer must actively make use of the weather guarantee within the specified period. To make use of the weather guarantee, an email is sent to GLAMPING@SKOVGAARDSMINDE.DK Here after you will be contacted by Glamping Skovgaardsminde with further info.

4.4 It is not possible to make use of the weather guarantee after check-in, unless there is an extreme weather situation, see point 2.0

4.5 It is not possible to get a refund for stays or additional purchases when using the weather guarantee, see point 2.0

5.0 COOKIES

5.1 Glamping Skovgaardsminde uses cookies for the purpose of optimizing our website and customer experience. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.

6.0 CHANGES TO TRADING CONDITIONS

6.1 Glamping Skovgaardsminde has the right to change the terms of trade at any time. The currently applicable conditions will always appear on this page.
