Glamping Season 2025 - "It's a wrap"

The 2025 glamping season has come to an end - and we can hardly get our arms down. What a year it has been here at Skovgaardsminde!
It's as if this summer has been filled with more sun than usual, warm evenings and happy guests in the tents. We've had more bookings than ever before, which makes us both proud and deeply grateful.

There has really been something special about this season.
We opened Gårdcafé Skovgaardsminde, which we've dreamed of for a long time - and how well you've welcomed it! It's been amazing to see you sitting there in the old barn with coffee, home baking and time to just be. Hearing the conversation flow, the children playing and feeling the atmosphere spread across the old farm... it has made us so happy.

And to top it off, we were voted Denmark's second best glamping site this year! We would never have dared to hope for that, but we are simply so grateful for all the kind words and recommendations you have sent us. It means much more than we can put into words.

This has also been our first season with the twins - and yes, it has been a bit of a challenge at times to balance between diapers and the campfire, but it has been amazing. To have a season where we make a living doing what we love and being close together as a family feels like a gift. We can't wait for the twins to grow up and see how we have chosen to live our lives independently. 🌱

We've had invaluable help from Tilda, our Swedish summer angel, who has kept track of guests, coffee orders, animals and us with her calm demeanor and always a smile on her face. She has truly been part of the family this summer - and we hope she will return again next season 🤞

Looking back on the year, we are filled with gratitude. Thank you for choosing to vacation with us and for sharing your good energy with the place. It is you who make Skovgaardsminde what it is - a place filled with presence, peace and good memories 🧡

Now we're heading into winter with warm hearts and heads full of ideas for the next season.
We're already looking forward to zipping up the tent again when the 2026 glamping season begins - and to another summer filled with peace, nature and good people.
