New tasty collaboration with MattssonNielsen
From now on, you can choose dinner as an add-on to your Glamping stay. As always, the concept is that you cook the food yourself over a campfire.
From the very beginning, we wanted to offer an optional campfire dinner for your Glamping stay, but we've searched and searched for the right solution to accommodate an easy and tasty campfire meal.
When Mattsson Nielsen contacted us and told us about their decoction dishes, everything fell into place.
They have a strong focus on organic, animal welfare and Danish ingredients. The food is made without additives, prepared by real chefs and cooked in the old-fashioned way in glass jars. Just to our hearts and taste buds.
Veggie Bolognese No. 47 /m. pasta made over a campfire
Included in the price: 710g. bolognese, 250g. pasta, hard cheese.
1. Light the fire well in advance.
2. In the large fire pot, bring water to the boil. Add a little salt.
3. When the water is boiling, add the pasta. Cook the pasta aldente. Stir as you cook.
4. Drain the water from the pasta and set it aside. Heat the veggie bolognese in the same pot. Stir while cooking.
5. When the bolognese is heated through, add the pasta and the food is ready to serve. Finish by grating some hard cheese on top.
If you want to add meat, you can, for example, fry some organic beef in the large pot before adding the bolognese and pasta.
This dish goes well with our sourdough shortbread and bottle of rosé from the minibar.
Indian bean ragout /m. rice made over a fire
Included in the price, 710g. bean ragout, 250g. rice.
1. Light the fire well in advance.
2. In the small fire pot, bring the rice to the boil in the right amount of water. Add a little salt. Stir as you cook.
3. Heat the entire jar of bean stew in the large fire pot.
4. When the rice is cooked and the bean ragout is heated through, the food is ready to serve.
If you want to add meat, you can, for example, roast some organic free-range chicken in the large fire pot and then add bean ragout.
This dish goes well with our sourdough twist bread and cold beer from the minibar.
We hope you welcome our new collaboration with Mattson Nielsen. We look forward to hearing what you think of the 2 dishes. We certainly love them ourselves!
You're welcome.
With love
